event registration
When you book tickets to attend one of our events, your name, membership status and associated business is stored for identification purposes only. Delegates are also asked for any dietary and access needs. This information will be shared with the venue/caterer in order that they can provide the best service to fit your needs at the event. The data will be used for no other purpose.
From time to time we may also ask for generic data (e.g. business sector, geographical location). This information is used to enable us to understand the demographics of our delegates so we can continue to improve our events each year.
Bookings are handled through MembershipWorks. (see Data processors)
Payment is taken through Stripe which uses your associated e-mail address (see Data Processors).
