In this interactive workshop from Gin Lalli, you will:-

– Look at the science behind how the mind works, how to banish negative intrusive thoughts to be free from anxiety, stress and depression.

– How to improve sleep, raise your self-esteem, overcome phobias and manage your weight – it’s all in the power of your mind.

Gin will make it easy to understand, you won’t even realise that you’re getting to grips with neuroscience!

You can work on any goal you wish to – in a Solution Focused way which means we DO NOT need to analyse the past, instead focussing on the present and the future.

The session will conclude with a full relaxation session, so you will leave feeling calm, relaxed and in control of you and your life.

Gin Lalli is a solution focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist who qualified as an optometrist over 20 years ago and during her career saw how lifestyle could affect our health. She realised quickly that preventative measures were needed rather than cures. But it all begins with the right mental attitude. Having a medical background she needed to know the science behind it all.

As a result, Gin retrained as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and now helps people change their lives. Having retired from Optometry to focus full time on empowering and helping people make the changes they want and need.
